Rabbit anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody;HRP conjugated CSB-PA00540F0Rb was produced in rabbit immunized by using the human IgG Fc fragment as the immunogen. The Fc domain is the same in all antibody molecules of the same class in a given species. So one type of secondary antibody (Fc antibody) is capable of binding to many types of primary antibodies.
This Rabbit anti-Human IgG Fc Antibody;HRP conjugated was tested in the ELISA and WB applications. The HRP-conjugated IgG got purified by caprylic acid ammonium sulfate precipitation.
